Kenan Çınar is the General Manager of Adventures. Kenan Çınar, who is also a Managing Partner at Intetra Electronics, previously served as the Head of Research at ALB Forex. He served as the Deputy Chairman of HalkInvest Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Çınar served as Senior Portfolio Manager at the UK office of Abacus Capital Partners LLP and as Corporate Sales Manager at Alliance & Leicester. Kenan Çınar, who graduated from 9 Eylül University, Department of Economics, completed his master's degree in International Capital Markets at Brighton University. Çınar also has the Derivative Instruments License from Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Institution Inc. (SPL) and Capital Market Activities Advanced Level Licenses.

John Sytmen is the Director of Business Development for Adventures. Playing an important role in the establishment of D.ream (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management), which invests and operates 168 luxury restaurants with 58 brands in 12 countries, Sytmen's previous professional experience includes multiple start-ups, local representation, and feedback for multinational companies in Turkey. Born in Denmark, John Sytmen pioneered the coffee industry by opening a Specialty Coffee shop in Istanbul in 1995. He expanded his business to other stores and later invested in a manufacturing facility before selling his shares to a private equity fund. He then set up the local office of a German real estate company, which directs investors to large-scale real estate projects, and also opened a local law firm to international markets. John Sytmen holds an MBA degree, advises the IFU of the Danish State investment fund in Turkey, and serves as a Board Member for many organizations. He is also active in non-profit activities and represents Copenhagen as a Goodwill Ambassador. Sytmen specializes in Investment Evaluation and Start-ups, Management and Business Consulting, Restaurants and Entertainment, Concept Development, Strategy Development, and Implementation, General Business Development, Development of Business Models, Crisis Management, Company Return, Extensive International Multicultural Experience, Multidisciplinary Business Management, and Company Representations. He also studied Marketing and completed his master's degree in Consumer Behavior at Bilkent University.

Serdar Tiyek is the Finance Director of Adventures. Tiyek, who was the Finance Director at İntetra Electronics, previously worked as the Finance Director at Tradesoft, which develops corporate software solutions to capital markets. He worked as a manager at Şekerbank and İktisat Bank. Tiyek, who studied Engineering and Business Management at Istanbul Technical University, has a master's degree in Community Organization and Advocacy from Istanbul University.

Muhammed Attila Sevim is the Marketing Director of Adventures. Sevim, is a lecturer at Yildiz Technical University, is the Chairman of Manastır Agency, and the Managing Partner of Moodley. Currently serving as the General Manager of Fifteen Seconds, which serves as a global platform at the intersection of the business world, innovation, and creativity, Sevim previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at İnfoloji Smart Solutions. Muhammed Attila Sevim, was the Managing Director at Istanbul Design Bureau, served as the Rector's Consultant at Yildiz Technical University for five years. Sevim worked as a Logistics Specialist at Acibadem Healthcare Group, took part in the product development process at Mercedes Benz Türk A.Ş. Having completed his high school education at Elazig Anatolian High School, Muhammed Attila Sevim graduated from Yildiz Technical University Industrial Engineering. He completed his master's degree in Yildiz Technical University, Department of Business Administration. Sevim, who took a foreign language course at the London School of Business and Finance, has an Equestrian license from the Turkish Equestrian Federation and a BMW Rider Academy Driving Course Certificate from BMW Motorrad.

Recep Bahar is the Chief Technology Officer of Adventures. Bahar is on the Board of Directors at İntetra Electronics. Recep Bahar previously worked as Project Manager, R&D Manager, and Electronics Engineer at Ortana. Having completed his high school education at Kadıköy Anatolian High School, Bahar graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University.
